Home Everywhere, Every Time. THE WORK We are seeking an experienced
and driven professional to serve as the S-70 Proposal Manager,
responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the proposal
process, developing, planning and scheduling compliant and
compelling proposals in response to solicitation (i.e., RFP, ROM,
etc) specifications. This role will report directly to the S-70
Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will: Lead proposals on
new S-70 production pursuits and support International Aftermarket
& Sustainment Leads all aspects of proposal volume development,
including Technical, Management, Past Performance, Security, Basis
of Estimate, Contracts, Executive Summary, Integrated Master
Schedule and Plans, etc. Works collaboratively with the Capture
Manager and Program Manager throughout the proposal phase to
develop, refine and execute the win strategy. Provides guidance to
a diverse team of cross-functional proposal personnel. Manages
proposal schedules and deadlines, develops proposal artifacts and
supporting artifacts such as proposal outline, compliance matrix,
storyboard plan, and delivery plan. Shapes and drives integration
of win themes and discriminators into proposal deliverables,
ensuring capture artifacts and customer values are incorporated for
a winning proposal. Supports color team reviews and manages the
disposition of review comments. Conducts regular proposal status
meetings and is responsible for managing actions to closure.
Supports business gate reviews as needed. Coaches volume leads to
ensure messages are consistently integrated across all volumes.
Collaborates with publications personnel to manage the production
cycle, including printing, book check, packing and delivery. WHO WE

purpose. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional
experience in proposal management, program management, business
operations, finance, or related field Proven ability to lead
cross-functional teams and manage complex proposal requirements and
schedules Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and
PowerPoint Desired skills Prior experience supporting Direct
Commercial Sales (DCS) proposals and/or Direct U.S. Army aviation
programs or other Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Interest
in international business, trade compliance, appreciation for
cultural differences Familiarity with Lockheed Martin proposal
management processes and tools Exceptional attention to detail,
focus on quality Experience leading or supporting proposal
development and execution Ability to influence without authority
and manage through matrixed environments Active U.S. Government

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
