The Quality Engineer ensures product quality and compliance by
implementing and monitoring quality systems, conducting audits, and

the production team Develop and Maintain Quality Systems: Design,
implement, and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure
compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Conduct Root
Cause Analysis: Investigate non-conformance issues and implement
corrective and preventive actions to address defects. Perform
Internal and External Audits: Lead and participate in quality
audits to evaluate compliance with standards and identify
improvement opportunities. Support Product Development: Collaborate
with engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are
integrated into product design and manufacturing processes. Analyze
Quality Data: Utilize statistical tools to track performance
metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions for
continuous improvement. Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards:
Stay updated on industry regulations such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and
other aerospace standards to guide quality practices. Support
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in lean
manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to optimize processes and
enhance product quality. Profile Strong Analytical Skills: Ability
to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective
solutions to quality-related issues. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous
attention to detail, ensuring that all products and processes meet
stringent quality standards. Industry Knowledge: In-depth
understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards such as AS9100,
ISO 9001, and related regulations. Problem-Solving Expertise:
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement
corrective and preventive actions effectively. Technical
Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management tools, statistical
analysis software, and other relevant technologies. Effective
