are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A
Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting,
forecasting, and analysis for Syner-G. The ideal candidate will
translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive
business decisions and improve financial performance. This role
requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting,
and business operations, along with excellent communication skills
to present findings to senior leadership. WORK LOCATION: The Senior
Accountant position is eligible for hybrid work with in-office
requirement at Syner-G's Framingham, MA office. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not exhaustive and may be
supplemented and changed as necessary.) Develop, maintain, and
analyze financial models to support business planning, forecasting,
and decision-making. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership. Lead
budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,
and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business
performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and
recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance.
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, cost
reduction programs, and investment analyses. Ensure financial data
integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting
standards. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as
requested by senior management. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

essential duties. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Technical Skills: 4–6 years of experience in financial planning &
analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong financial
modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities : Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and problem solve proactively.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment; strong
collaborator and interpersonal skills. Strong time management
skills: ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
to manage multiple tasks concurrently, adapt to changing
priorities, and to meet deadlines. Flexible and willing to take on
unfamiliar tasks. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking
skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication and
presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial
information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
