Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A part-time licensed mental
health professional with credentials such as LMHC, LCSW, LSW, or a
certified school adjustment counselor is needed for a K-12 school
located in Brockton, MA. This contract opportunity spans the
2025/2026 school year and offers a flexible schedule with 8 to 25
hours per week during school hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Schedule
adjustments can be accommodated to fit individual needs. Key
Responsibilities: Provide counseling and behavioral support
services to students across K-12 grades. Collaborate with guidance
counselors, behavior specialists, and social workers to support
student mental health and well-being. Conduct assessments and
develop individualized support plans addressing behavioral and
emotional challenges. Facilitate crisis intervention and provide
referrals to additional resources as needed. Maintain detailed
documentation and comply with school policies. Qualifications and
Experience: Valid LMHC, LCSW, LSW license, or certification as a
school adjustment counselor. Experience working in educational
settings supporting children and adolescents. Strong knowledge of
behavioral interventions and mental health best practices for
school environments. Excellent communication and collaboration
