Job Description Many PTs want to grow into confident clinicians who can handle complex cases, but don’t have the space, support, or time to actually develop those skills on the job. We help PTs build real confidence by working with them over several months, providing direct support as they take on tougher cases, while paying at a level comparable to travel PT. Maybe your current job is fine because it pays the bills. But it does not push you to grow. So, you take it upon yourself to take the CEUs. You spend the weekends learning. You come back excited to try new ideas. And then reality hits. The schedule is too tight. The patients are not motivated. The insurance based model leaves no room to think, experiment, or actually apply what you know. Over time, that wears on you. Not because you do not care, but because you care a lot. Our cash based model allows us to market directly to patients and help you become the go to clinician for runners, tennis players, golfers, or any niche you are passionate about. Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned PT, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary that rivals that of travel PT, with a caseload of 25–35 patient-facing hours per week.
