salary range for this role is outlined below. Actual compensation
will be based on experience. $23.50 - $44.00 Position Highlights
This is a part-time role eligible for benefits, requiring 56 hours
every two weeks! This position qualifies for our Student Loan
Repayment Program, which assists in paying off your loans. Each
month, an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) will help
reduce your principal balance more quickly. Required Education,

This role involves conducting a variety of clinical laboratory
tests, procedures, and associated tasks. You will apply scientific
principles along with technical skills, procedural knowledge, and
problem-solving abilities to manage daily laboratory operations,
quality control, quality assurance, maintenance of
procedures/instruments, corrective actions, test result
correlation, and ongoing education related to clinical
laboratories. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of
laboratory instruments or disciplines, including supply inventory,
quality control, calibration, and reagent preparation. Initiate and
follow through on corrective actions as needed. Perform a range of
clinical laboratory tests, from basic to complex, using theoretical
knowledge and independent judgment in accordance with established
protocols, techniques, and equipment manuals. Take responsibility
for identifying normal versus abnormal clinical laboratory
parameters, ensuring all abnormal results are rechecked, and
notifying the appropriate personnel while documenting these
actions. Effectively communicate laboratory data and relevant
technical information to the appropriate departments and
individuals in a timely manner. Analyze, correlate, and
differentiate test results using theoretical knowledge and
independent judgment alongside established protocols and manuals.
Contribute to the development of protocols, laboratory manuals, new
instruments, and other laboratory quality improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support and serve as a primary resource for team
members. Responsible for training new employees or colleagues on
new equipment and procedures as necessary. Offer guidance on proper
specimen collection, handling, and storage for various body fluids,
and may collect specimens when required. Essential Qualifications
