community focus. The Role: This is a W-2 , commission-based inside
sales role selling residential roofing and exterior solutions.
You'll meet homeowners through company-provided leads , conduct
in-home consultations, and close projects that directly drive your
earnings. Top performers thrive here because they are comfortable
with variable income, motivated by performance-based pay, and
capable of managing a full sales cycle independently. While leads
are provided, reps who also self-generate opportunities can earn
additional commission incentives. If you're motivated by upside,

provided. Key Responsibilities: Run in-home sales appointments from
company-provided leads Conduct consultative needs assessments with
homeowners Present roofing and exterior solutions and close
contracts Manage the full sales cycle from first appointment to
signed agreement Generate additional opportunities through
referrals, networking, and self-sourced leads Accurately document
activity and pipeline in the CRM Partner with operations and
production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs Who Succeeds in
This Role: You'll do well here if you: Have prior experience in
commission-based or performance-driven sales Enjoy in-home,
face-to-face selling Can build trust quickly and guide customers to
confident decisions Are motivated by autonomy, accountability, and
financial upside Qualifications: Required: Valid driver's license
with a clean driving record & background check. Comfortable working
on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and
build trust. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work
independently or as part of a team. Ability to present complex
information in an easy-to-understand manner. Ability to use CRM
software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools. Must be comfortable
working in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Preferred: In-home sales or home improvement sales experience
(roofing experience not required) . Initial Training: Comprehensive
paid training program; 2-week classroom training with additional
field training Paid training class session (expenses covered) *Must
be comfortable with 2 weeks paid training - potentially in another
city* Schedule & Work Environment: Flexible weekly schedule with
evening and weekend appointments as needed. Regularly engaged in
outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.
Compensation: Estimate of Total Expected Annual Earnings: $150,000
- $250,000 W-2 employee status (not 1099) with benefits and 401k
match Paid onboarding and training Post training uncapped
commission structure Additional commission incentives for
self-generated leads Performance-based bonus opportunities.
