We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sales
Manager with a strong background in the insulation sector. The
successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and
managing all sales operations, driving growth, and ensuring the
highest level of customer satisfaction within our company. This is
an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced

Responsibilities: As a Permanent Sales Manager, you will be tasked
with: 1. Managing all sales operations within the commercial and
industrial HVAC sector, ensuring that sales targets are met or
exceeded. 2. Developing and implementing effective sales
strategies, and leading nationwide sales team members to achieve
sales targets. 3. Establishing productive and professional
relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 4.
Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. 5.
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting
improvements. 6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
forecasts. 7. Performing research and identifying new potential
customers and new market opportunities. 8. Providing timely and
effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. 9. Liaising with
the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand
consistency. 10. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and
ensure sales team members are on board. Qualifications: To be
considered for this role, you must have: 1. Proven work experience
of 5 years as a Sales Manager in the construction, building
materials or insulation industry or a related field. 2. Proven
ability to acquire leads and convert prospects into active client
3. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. An
ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. 5.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills 7. Analytical
skills with a problem-solving attitude. 8. Availability to travel
in a multi-state territory up to 50% of time 9. BSc degree in
Sales, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent
years of experience. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a
strong hunter mentality, proven experience in territory management,
and a track record of prospecting and business development.
Experience in the construction industry and working with HVAC
contractors is a plus. Proficiency in delivering powerful sales
presentations, managing pipelines, and generating leads is also
required. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel
and client visits, and have a strong understanding of product
knowledge. Experience working with engineers, architects, and key
decision makers across a multi-state territory is a must.
