seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Sales Representative to join
our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for a
seasoned sales professional who is passionate about the
construction industry and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive
environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in
driving our sales efforts, forging strong relationships with
clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. You will
be responsible for managing a designated territory, generating
leads, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. This
role requires a deep understanding of mechanical and building
insulation, as well as building applications. If you are a
motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales and
a knack for territory management, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: 1. Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales
territory through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients to expand sales opportunities. 3. Understand
customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and
services, particularly in the areas of mechanical and building
insulation and building applications. 5. Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. 6.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to
prospective clients. 7. Regularly report on sales activity,
productivity, and forecast to senior management. Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the
construction/building materials industry. 2. Proficient in MS
Office, with a strong ability to analyze sales figures and write
reports. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. 4.
Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and territory
management. 5. Extensive knowledge of mechanical and building
insulation, as well as building applications. 6. Ability to work
independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 7.
High motivation, ambition, and a drive to succeed in a competitive
sales environment. 8. A valid driver's license and willingness to
travel within the assigned territory. 9. A Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Join our team
