Managers to join our Customer Success and Growth Organization,

business.About the Role:As a Marketing Manager on our dynamic team,
you will be instrumental in creating inspiring and innovative
in-store patient experiences. You will lead the end-to-end
strategic development and execution of engaging retail format
initiatives and pilot programs, with a primary focus on improving
consumer access to high-quality, personalized healthcare.
Leveraging deep consumer insights and a test-and-learn mentality,
you will bring unique health service strategies to life, ensuring
every element is customer-centric and impactful. This role demands
a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, where
you'll drive utilization and adoption of new services within the
physical retail environment. You will champion thoughtful
decision-making in a fast-paced setting, ensuring creative
alignment with strategic objectives and effective communication
across all levels of the organization.Work Environment:This is a
hybrid position with anticipated in-office days on Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must be within a reasonable
commuting distance to one of the following hubs: Boston, MA;
Wellesley, MA; New York, NY; or Woonsocket, RI. Remote options may
be considered for exceptional candidates residing in the EST
timezone.Responsibilities:Strategic Experience Development: Lead
the strategic development and implementation of customer-focused
in-store experience strategies and pilot initiatives, from
inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
and a customer-first approach.Project Leadership & Management:
Manage multiple concurrent high-visibility workstreams and scopes,
overseeing all aspects of projects including initiating, planning,
executing, monitoring, and mitigating risks. Drive creative brief
development and ensure initiatives optimize the customer
experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain
strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders, including
Customer Experience, Healthcare Delivery, Health Services
Marketing, Creative, Experience Design, Architecture & Engineering,
Construction, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Merchandising, to
ensure seamless execution and alignment.Insight-Driven Strategy:
Leverage insights from a variety of internal and external data
sources to outline key customer journeys, identify decision-making
points and pain points, and craft strategies that enhance messaging
and the overall retail experience. Regularly conduct store visits,
gather field feedback, and perform competitive analyses.Campaign &
Program Oversight: Support the day-to-day management of advertising
and marketing communications programs across paid and owned
channels (display, SMS, email, digital, direct mail, and social),
including seasonal and promotional campaigns.Budget Management &
Reporting: Track project budget details, manage finance and POS
submissions, and provide regular updates and progress reports to
key team members, including executive leadership.Communication &
Influence: Develop and coordinate clear and consistent field-facing
communications for key projects. Lead status meetings, drive
productive conversations with executive leadership, and effectively
negotiate compromises to influence outcomes beneficial to the
business.Qualifications:5 years of progressive marketing experience
with a strong foundation in business, retailer, and consumer
understanding.5 years of cross-functional leadership
experience.Demonstrated experience working in retail with a focus
on the physical store experience.Proven ability to manage multiple
concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight
deadlines in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.Exceptional
written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the
ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively across all
organizational levels.Strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability
to think strategically.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Preferred
Qualifications:Retail marketing, shopper marketing, store
experience, or retail agency/strategy experience.2 years of
expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing and experience in one or
more sub-disciplines (email marketing, direct marketing, digital
marketing, marketing communications, advertising, agency
management, consulting).Experience working with internal creative
and external agencies, providing strategic direction and
feedback.Project Management (PMP) certification or equitable
experience.Familiarity with Workfront or experience management
platforms like Medallia.Experience working in a highly matrixed
organization.Paid Media and Experiential Marketing
knowledge.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. JOBID:
