Our Valued Client, a thriving Manufacturing company, has partnered with Robert Half in search of a high-potential Controller to join their team. This Controller position reports to the CFO and would partner with Senior Leadership and Ownership in driving financial results, continued growth and overseeing the finance organization. This an exciting opportunity as this company is performing extremely well and well positioned for sequential growth. This role requires a hands-on and driven Controller that wants to be part of building something. This role also requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, heavy financial reporting experience, and management experience. Additional requirements include 7+ years of progressing and related experience, strong systems skills, manufacturing/related industry exposure and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a mix of public accounting and private industry experience as well as a CPA/MBA.
