Job Description:
----- - Seeking dynamic, organized Registered Nurses (RN) to
provide personalized home health care in Battle Creek and
surrounding areas.
Must have current Michigan RN license, at least 1 year of home
health experience preferred, and valid TB and CPR
certifications.
Provides skilled visits, including Oasis and wound care (e.g.,
wounds, drains, ostomies, tubes).
Works closely with patients and caregivers, delivering holistic,
patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and
preferences.
Opportunities for LPNs working under RNs, with training available
for specialized skills.
