The successful candidate for this position should have previous experience in an accounts receivable position and must be used to working in a fast paced, busy data entry volume environmentResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Processing of electronic paymentsEmailing payment remittance notificationsWorking directly with customers and/or the Sales Team to obtain timely customer paymentsOpening new accountsAccurate reporting on NSF paymentsRequirementsMinimum 6 months in accounts receivable or collections positionGreat customer service skillsProficiency in excel and working knowledge of Microsoft wordJ Polep/NCD prides itself in being a supportive, yet challenging place to work with room for growth & professional development for all employees.
