Nesco Resource is looking for a Packer/Palletizer Associate located in Danbury, CT. This is a contract position with duration TBD. Top performers can be converted to other departments upon completeion of the project. Shift: 6AM-2:30PM Pay: $17/Hour Job Summary: The Packer/Palletizer Associate efficiently packs and palletizes products for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Pack products per company standards. Palletize goods for shipment. Inspect product quality and report issues. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Operate equipment safely. Follow safety guidelines. Assist in inventory management. Meet production targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in packing/palletizing preferred. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Se acomodar de habla hispana.
