The Job at a Glance As a Fulfillment Center Specialist at our brand new, 1 0 0k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. Due to our continued growth, we have multiple positions available on our overnight, stocking team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and inventory is accurately maintained. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. A Typical Day Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet nightly stocking goals. To Land This Opportunity You are a computer nerd – using smart phone or operating the handheld scanner makes it even more fun. You are reliable and enthusiastic team player who always eager to help out when needed. You take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right. You thrive in a fast-paced environment! You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written). Bonus points if you have previous warehouse or stocking experience. You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker. You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. The hourly range for this role is $1 9 .00 - $ 21 .50 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, equipment, shift, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the role.
