Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a logistics coordination to join their team. As a logistics coordination , you will be part of the Warehouse & Logistics Operations team supporting global logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: logistics coordination Location: Malta, NY Pay Range: $20 Shift: Thu-Sat/alt Wed 7:00am-7:00pm What's the Job? Coordinate inbound and outbound freight schedules using warehouse management and logistics systems Verify shipment paperwork, perform weighing/dimension checks, and ensure all documentation is accurate Communicate with internal teams and external partners to track, schedule, and update freight movements Maintain detailed electronic records to support inventory accuracy and global logistics compliance Support warehouse operations including receiving, order picking, and safety procedures What's Needed? Ability to use computers proficiently, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Willingness to learn and operate PIT equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks like loading/unloading and order picking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills At least 23 years of age with a clean Motor Vehicle Record What's in it for me?
