currently on the search for a Partner Attorney - Corporate /
Mergers & Acquisition to join our team with a proven background in
Mergers & Acquisitions or Corporate Transactions! Why join us? As a

Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney on our team, we are looking for
someone that has: Degree from accredited law school Admitted to NY
Bar and licensed to practice 10 years of experience as an attorney
with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Corporate Transactions
Proven background growing a book of business Portable book of
