The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with a specific focus on civil litigation, car accidents, construction defects, premises liability, slip and fall, spinal injury, and medical malpractice. This role requires a dynamic professional who can handle a high-volume case load from inception through trial preparation and trial. Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial preparation and trial. 2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages. 3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as complaints, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other pre-trial documents. 4. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. 5. Advocate for clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. 6. Maintain constant communication with clients, providing them with case updates and ensuring their needs are met. 7. Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. 8. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and participate in professional development activities. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. 4. Proven experience in civil litigation, car accidents, construction defects, premises liability, slip and fall, spinal injury, and medical malpractice. 5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve matters favorably. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. 8. Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. 9. Proficient in legal research and writing. 10. Demonstrated ability to take cases to trial. 11. Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and work well under pressure. 12.
