Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Provider Management Procurement
SME to support the design and implementation of a Provider
Management procurement process. This role focuses on identifying
business and technical requirements, designing procurement
strategies, and establishing key performance indicators to ensure
successful implementation of a Provider Management module. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience in provider business
processes, RFP development, and translating current state processes
into future state solutions. Location: Albany, NY (Regular onsite
participation or frequent travel required) Work Authorization: Must
be eligible to work in the U.S. No sponsorships are available at
this time. Key Duties & Responsibilities Identify and document
business and technical requirements to address current challenges
and achieve desired outcomes for provider management. Develop
bidder questions, as needed, to assess experience, capabilities,
and alignment with project goals. Design implementation strategies
for provider management modules with defined phases and timelines.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable business
outcomes to evaluate project success post-implementation. Conduct
market research to provide insights into provider management
systems and best practices across the healthcare industry.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback on
requirements and procurement content. Prepare high-quality and
grammatically correct procurement documentation. Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of intensive and progressive experience in the
specialty field, including developing and/or managing business
requirements and processes to support a Provider Management module.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preferred:
Master’s degree. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large
healthcare system. Certifications or experience in process
improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles,
Kanban, project management, or business analysis. Technical
certifications or experience such as ITIL Service Management,
CompTIA, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or expertise in IT
governance, auditing, or risk management. Physical Requirements &

job. Employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit, and
utilize technology tools such as a laptop computer for extended
