Job Description:
The Senior IT Applications Analyst is a business facing role
responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and
ongoing support of various of Labware LIMS. As a Senior IT
Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
The configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support
of LabWare LIMS system. Provide technical support to end-users,
resolve system issues, and troubleshoot errors related to LabWare
LIMS and other lab systems. Collaborate with laboratory staff to
understand their needs and translate them into LabWare LIMS
configurations. Coordinating across business departments and
stakeholders, gathering, and implementing enhancement requests
across departments. Lead and participate in LIMS-related projects,
ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Acting as
a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives. Managing system documentation
tasks, including converting User Requirement Specifications to
Detailed Design Specifications, writing Configuration Test Plans,
and creating summary reports. Working with Validation and Quality
departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following
development life cycle approach. Coordinating with other IT
Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient
manner. Processes IT Applications change control requests. Leads IT
Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail
reviews. This role may be for you if you have: Previous LabWare
LIMS configuration experience. Interest in helping end users of the
software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects simultaneously. In order to be considered for this
position, you must hold a BS/BA in Information Technology or
related field and IT Applications Analyst: 2 years of relevant
experience Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5 years of relevant
experience May consider experience in lieu of education; level
decided upon completion of an interview process Certificates in
LabWare Configuration Using LIMS Basic and/or LabWare ELN V4:
Experiments, Templates and Configuration highly preferred Does this
