location-agnostic Summary of the Role: Partnering with Centers of
Excellence (COEs), Functions, and Local Affiliates (LOCs) to
design, scale, and operationalize prioritized Analytics and Data
Scienceproducts. Lead AI and Analytics experiments, act as a
thought leader, and drive the integration and adoption of analytics
and data science products. Collaborate with data management and
ensure sustainable AI supported by data governance and integration,
while evolving the technical ecosystem in partnership with global
data and technology teams. Key Accountabilities Partner with COEs,
functions & LOCs to shape delivery and design and
scale/operationalize prioritized Analytics and AI products (e.g.
Marketing Mix Modeling, Predictive Sales, Dossier Builder etc)
Drive, oversee and lead AI & Analytics innovative experiments and
show leadership the art of the possible Drive scaling of analytics
and data science in across functions and LOCs and brands and
delivers on the objectives of GPD. Instruct COEs, LOCs and
functions about how to best leverage AI enterprise technology and
ensure delivery capability and capacity exists in the ICCs Act as
thought leader for analytics and data science in the organization
support organization through the interpretation of analytical
outputs, collect feedback and recommend improvements Partner with
other capabilities and services, (e.g. campaign operations, medical
excellence) to drive integration of tools and assets. Partner
closely with data management roles andensure sustainable AI and
analytics that is supported by data governance, master data
management, data integration etc. Partner with global data &
technology to evolve the technical ecosystem that supports use
cases in relevant domains. Skills & Requirements Degree in computer
science, engineering or relevant field, supported by work
experience in relevant roles (min. 3 years) 8 years of relevant
technical experience, including systems analysis, design and
implementation. Project management skills Excellent oral and
written communication skills in English. Knowledge of statistical
programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and database query
languages (e.g., SQL) Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory
requirements and compliance. Strong proficiency in data-driven
decision-making and analytics platforms. Deep understanding of
Data, Analytics and AI applications within the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive
