Who You Are:

You've spent the last 5-12 years building desktop apps that actually get used. You know .NET and WPF cold. You've debugged gnarly edge cases and made tough calls on architecture. You're curious, you move fast, and you take pride in clean, tested code.

You're not looking to disappear into a 200-person dev team. You want a place where your work matters, where things move, and where the people around you raise the bar.



What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain robust WPF desktop apps in C#/.NET

- Dig into complex bugs and performance issues in real production environments

- Partner closely with product, QA, and hardware teams to build solutions that work in the real world

- Own features from start to finish - design, code, test, refine

- Share ideas, challenge norms, and contribute to technical direction

- Mentor junior engineers when it makes sense - but this is a hands-on role, not a people manager job



We're Looking For:

- 5-12 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and WPF

- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop architecture, threading, debugging, and performance tuning

- Practical experience deploying real software (not just prototypes)

- Sharp communication skills - in conversation and in code

- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder - we cannot offer sponsorship now or in the future
