Job Description Job Description Job Details – MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) Start Date: 06/02/2025 Duration: 17 Weeks Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Care Setting: Acute Division: Nursing Unit Type: MICU Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years License to Submit: Yes Charting System: MEDITECH 6.1 Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Unit Notes: Cares for chronically ill patients requiring ventilation and complex medication management Common diagnoses: Hypertensive urgency, Sepsis, CVA Nurses must be skilled in titrating pressors and managing IV medications for critically ill patients Designated COVID-positive unit May receive Surgical or Cardiac ICU overflow patients if beds are unavailable Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
