Job Description:
HumanHire is seeking a Billing representativeto join a
well-established medical practice. Our client is a growing medical

and timely follow-up on outstanding claims, responding to
inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. What's In it

Responsibilities Follow up on outstanding claims and respond to
inquiries via phone, fax, and mail. Update patient demographics,
registration screens, and billing systems. Handle self-pay
accounts, process payments, and generate receipts. Research and
update workers’ compensation, no-fault claims, and Medicaid
eligibility. Address customer questions and provide courteous,
timely assistance. Preferred skills: Comprehensive knowledge of
third-party regulations, medical terminology, Familiarity with Epic
