We are currently seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver to support our logistics operations by ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our food products to various service locations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our delivery schedules and ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Safely operate commercial vehicles between designated locations Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents, or violations Proven work experience as a shuttle driver or similar role Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.) Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Strong logistics and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Possession of a valid DOT medical card
