Job Description:
This position has a $15.60 / hour base wage, paid days off,
holiday pay, uniform cleaning, benefits, 401k, and a free meal per
shift. This applies to all full-time employees working 35 hours a
week. This position is a Rochester Regional Joint Board union
position. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning all kitchen
equipment, coolers, storage areas and other related spaces
according to Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict
sanitary conditions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Keep all kitchen floors,
coolers, and bakery and service area floors swept and mopped. Clean
all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery and service areas.
Support dish room through busy periods. Clean all kitchen counter
tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
Empty all trash cans. Wipe down dining room tables. Follow cleaning
schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go”
techniques. Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups. Follow

go” techniques. Maintain an open line of communication with
management, informing them of products and supplies needed. Follow
the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene. Follow
all Parkhurst Gold Standards and Hospitality Imperatives. Assist
fellow team members at every opportunity. Perform any other duties
as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job
