Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients Monitor patient status and respond with appropriate interventions Educate and support patients' families regarding care processes Administer medications and maintain detailed patient records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Critical care nursing Pediatric healthcare Patient and family education Emergency response Interdisciplinary collaboration Registered Nurse (RN) license Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Basic Life Support (BLS)
