Job Description HealthPlus Staffing is working with a
well-established, community-focused organization in Connecticut
that’s actively hiring Board Eligible/Board Certified Primary Care
Physicians for multiple outpatient positions. Position Details: •
Schedule options: 1. • 4-day workweek 2. • 4.5-day (4/1) workweek
3. • 5-day workweek • No weekends • Outpatient only - all ages •
Minimal telephone-only call • Patient volume: 16–21 per day • Epic
EMR • Full support staff at each location Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary: $240,000 • RVU-based bonus structure •
Full health benefits package • Malpractice coverage with tail •
Sign-on and relocation bonuses – negotiable • Licensing support
available for those not currently licensed in CT Ideal Candidate: •
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Licensed or
eligible for licensure in Connecticut • Strong interest in
long-term outpatient care and patient relationships • Ties to the
