Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning tailored treatment programs, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' functional abilities. This position requires a deep understanding of physical rehabilitation and a commitment to patient-centered care. Ideal candidates should be compassionate, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Evaluate patient condition and needs through comprehensive assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life. Implement therapeutic interventions based on patient-specific goals. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to provide holistic care. Ability to conduct detailed patient assessments Strong skills in creating and implementing personalized care plans Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Proficiency in the use of therapeutic equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice occupational therapy NBCOT certification preferred
