This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care underpinned by our commitment to education, research, and community service. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Record patient medical histories and symptoms, administer medications, and monitor recovery and progress. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health management. Participate in the development of nursing care standards and sustain the hospital's mission through patient-centered practices. Advanced patient management and care planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
