Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,335 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Glens Falls, New York, 12801! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years in Med-Tele and Cardiac/Telemetry units License: Current New York License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE. Please note this requirement to prevent any delays. New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be submitted with applications. This license is required for staffing temporary needs. Please check the job posting requirements for the 14-panel drug screen and ensure it can be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance. New and returning staff must complete training from specified groups for onboarding and clearance. COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not required. The unit consists mainly of tele/cardiac patients. The nurse to patient ratio is 4:1. Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. Dress code is any color scrubs without designs or cartoons. The role requires the ability to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted prior to submission. Requests for time off after submission will not be approved. Cancellations must be communicated with two hours notice. Travelers must have their own vehicle. Candidates must be reliable with no attendance issues. Work history and skills checklist must be up to date. A supervisory signed reference from recent employment is required. The permanent address must be included in the profile and match identification documents. Address validation will occur during the compliance process. Travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for assignments.
