TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Providence, Rhode Island, 02903! Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care
Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift:
12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License:
Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred
Must-Have: Experience with tracheostomies, endotracheal tubes, and
intravenous drips Description: This position is for a stepdown
level in the critical care division. The unit handles fresh
tracheostomies, levophed, stable intubations, mild sedation, and
diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). The hiring manager prefers candidates
with an ICU skillset, although this position is designated as a
PCU/Stepdown unit. Candidates will be reviewed by the hiring
manager. The shifts are 12 hours on nights, with every other
weekend and holiday requirements based on unit needs. Staffing will
be assessed every four hours, and travelers may be floated up to
three times per shift. This is a union hospital, and travelers will
float first when needed. Qualified candidates will possess the
