Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Record patients' medical histories and monitor vital signs, ensuring timely documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for reactions or side effects. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to modify patient care plans and evaluate patient progress. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical software for patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LPN license in the state of practice. CPR/BLS Certification.
