Job Description We are currently offering a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position to join our
team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility. /n Who we

Key Responsibilities: /n · Follow the plan of care set out by the
supervising physical therapist /n · Measure & record resident’s
motor function, strength, and muscle performance. /n /n - /n
Observe and document on resident performance. /n /n - /n Treat
residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and
massage, assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. /n /n
- /n Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information
confidential. /n /n - /n Complies with federal, state, and local
legal and professional requirements. /n /n - /n Maintains a
cooperative relationship among healthcare team members &
contributes to team effort /n /n /n PTA Requirements Include: /n /n
- /n Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
/n /n - /n Current New York State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
License /n /n - /n Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric
care setting is preferred, but new graduates with relevant
fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply /n /n /n · Current
evidence-based practices consistent with the standards and
recommendations of the American Physical Therapy Association /n
