If you're a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) seeking a fulfilling
and growth-oriented opportunity with the support of a dynamic
network, apply for the full-time Physical Therapist (PT) position
at FYZICAL Waltham today! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive
new-patient evaluations and examinations. Diagnose patients'
conditions and assess physical activity limitations. Develop
individualized treatment plans with clear goals and timelines.
Implement PT interventions and exercises, tracking patient
progress. Educate patients on techniques for continued care at
home. Required Skills Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy
program. Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in
Massachusetts. Demonstrated ability to create and implement
effective outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation
treatment plans. Ability to work efficiently and autonomously. A
genuine passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance,
neurological, and fall risk issues. Strong skills in carrying out
and progressing skilled treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning. (Preferred)
One year of experience in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic
setting, or previous vestibular rehabilitation experience.
Completion of FYZICAL’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum before
your first day.
