We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse for our C5 (Cardiology) department, who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role focuses on applying advanced nursing practices, enhancing patient outcomes, and leading nursing staff. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the cardiology department. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans. Maintain medical records and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with the cardiology team to deliver effective patient care and recovery. Participate in educational programs for professional development and maintain knowledge of current trends in nursing and healthcare. Proficient in clinical expertise and knowledge specifically related to cardiology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Efficient in handling stressful situations and making timely decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
