patients in the D2E ward, ensuring adherence to best practices and
hospital protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members, including physicians and researchers, to enhance patient
outcomes. Mentor junior nurses and nursing staff, fostering a
collaborative and educational environment. Engage in continuous
education to remain current on the latest healthcare advancements
and nursing practices. Participate in research projects and apply
findings to clinical practice to improve patient care and
healthcare delivery. Advanced clinical nursing skills Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team-building
abilities Capability to handle high-stress situations Proven
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the
state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
