Job Description Job Description The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy
Specialistis involved with the care of cancer patients throughout
their treatment. The Pharmacist will work with other members of the
healthcare team to ensure treatment plan accuracy and optimization
of supportive care measures. The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy
Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for the Oncology
Fellows during their training to help prepare them for a future in
oncology. ? Qualifications: Education: Doctorate Degree Pharmacy;
Post graduate Year 1 Residency or equivalent experience (at least 3
of clinical pharmacy practice) OR post graduate year 2 residency in
Oncology or equivalent experience (at least 3 of oncology practice)
Credential(s): Licensed Pharmacist, Board Certified Oncology
Pharmacist Experience: Required: Three years of hospital experience
and completion of clinical training and three years of training in
