Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location:
Manchester, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,508 per week Shift
Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the
Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03106!
Must have : Med/Surg Telemetry skillset- head to toe assessment;
orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including
management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol diltiazem
and insulin IV or subQ; wound care including drain management and
vacs; NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition; central line
management- PICC/HD catheter/midlines; foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic
catheter care; ostomy care; postoperative patient care. Procedures
performed on unit: NGT Certifications Required: RN License ACLS BLS
Dress Code : (Required uniform) ยท No required uniform- scrubs and
closed toe shoes (no crocs) Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please
