Physical Therapist Location: Littleton, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,706 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health/Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: 2 years current experience in Physical Therapy in Home Health Previous travel experience preferred Experience with age groups ranging from Pediatrics to Geriatrics Home Health and/or Hospice experience required OASIS experience required License: Active state licensure in Physical Therapy Certifications: Current American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable driving in winter weather. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Permanent address must be included in the submission file. Description: Immediate start available. Physical Therapist needed for Home Health/Hospice services. Candidates should be prepared to work in a northern territory with varied environments.
