registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse
specializing in Behavioral Health to provide compassionate care
across adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations in a 104-bed
behavioral health hospital in Chicopee, MA. The role involves
working day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a consistent weekly
guarantee of 36 hours, including every other weekend, with no call
requirements. Key Qualifications and Experience: Current RN
licensure with at least 1 year of nursing experience BLS
certification required Behavioral health experience preferred,
including familiarity with schizophrenia, depression, bipolar
disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety Comfortable working
with diverse patient populations, including adults, pediatrics
(ages 517), and geriatrics Ability to float between units as needed
Responsibilities include: Deliver nursing care following
established protocols in a behavioral health setting Manage patient
assignments with variable ratios (typically 1:8, with lower ratios
for geriatrics and pediatrics) Document patient care accurately
using Cerner EHR system Collaborate with shift supervisors and
interdisciplinary teams Maintain professional appearance with
