Job Description:
Position Highlights Join an established orthopedic trauma team
working alongside three highly skilled trauma surgeons. Provide 1:4
weekday and weekend coverage at a high-volume Level I Trauma
Center. No in-house call required—enjoy a balanced schedule. Clinic
responsibilities include follow-up visits and walk-ins 2–3 days per
week. Trauma team handles approximately 1,700 surgeries annually ,
ensuring immediate and consistent surgical volume. Compensation &
Benefits Competitive base salary with incentive opportunities
during the first two years. No buy-in partnership track available
for long-term career growth. Comprehensive benefits package
