Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Med Surg RN – Pittsfield, MA Shifts: 8 or 12-hour shifts (based on unit) Location: Berkshire Health System Facility & Unit Information Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds (depending on specific unit) Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: Typically 1:6 Dress Code: Personal scrubs – any color allowed Orientation: 8 hours non-billable Holiday/OT Multipliers: 1.25x Job & Schedule Requirements Schedule: Full-time contract; exact shift discussed at interview RTO (Requested Time Off): Must be disclosed and verified at profile upload No more than 5 days accepted (fewer is better) RTO submitted after upload will not be approved COVID Vaccination: Dose date on or after 10/3/2023 REQUIRED Vaccination card OR signed exemption form with provider/religious leader signature required at submission Approved exemptions must wear a mask at all times on-site Submission Requirements Two Specific Interview Date/Times "Anytime" will NOT be accepted Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool License) Must be uploaded with every candidate submission Required by the state of MA to submit Info & license application ?
