Permanent Medical Director - Primary Care in Lancaster, NH Join a thriving healthcare community as a Permanent Medical Director in picturesque Lancaster, New Hampshire! This opportunity is with a well-respected organization that values quality care and community engagement. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee outpatient care operations and provide clinical supervision to primary care practitioners.
• Spend approximately 12 hours per week on medical director responsibilities and 28 hours as a primary care clinician.
• Manage daily clinical operations and facilitate office flow.
• Provide care for 20-24 patients daily, optimizing EMR systems while ensuring best practice standards.
• Participate in community call, likely 1:4, including local nursing home patient obligations.
• Collaborate with a supportive RN team leader and medical assistants.
• Coordinate with various specialist services available through the local hospital.
• Work closely with marketing and IT support to enhance practice volume. Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of recent experience in outpatient primary care - REQUIRED
  • Current or previous leadership experience in a medical setting - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice history and active NH medical license or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
  • BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Prior leadership experience is highly preferred. License and Certification Requirements:
    • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
    • New Hampshire medical license (or ability to obtain) - REQUIRED
