Title: Travel Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)Experience in Dialysis/Chronic Dialysis/Acute Dialysis requiredSUPERVISION:Assigned oversight of Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge, after meeting all the following:Must have a minimum of 9 months experience as a RN.Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis/ as a RN.EDUCATION and LICENSURE:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Current appropriate state licensure.Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience in Nursing as a RN.Chronic/ Acute Hemodialysis/Dialysis experienceResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety.Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their physical and emotional well-being throughout the treatment process.Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in nephrology care.Job Type: ContractPay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* DialysisPhysical Setting:* ClinicWork Location: In personby Jobble
