Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.Responsibilities:
--- Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
--- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
--- Check and report on the status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
--- Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
--- Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
--- Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
--- Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
--- Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
--- Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to
improve service flow and reduce costs
--- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience required, OR in lieu of degree a HS
Diploma/GED required and 8 or more years of automotive/maintenance experience required
--- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
--- Must possess a valid driver's license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
--- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge
