It is undergoing a multi-year transformation involving people, processes, data automation, and technology. The team is seeking an application owner to oversee billing applications to support BAU. Job Purpose State Street aims to automate and standardize its billing processes. This role manages the entire lifecycle of billing applications, ensuring they meet business needs, compliance, and stakeholder communication, while maintaining performance and resolving technical issues. The Global Billing Application Owner will manage applications including CSA, Datahub, ORMB, OAS, Billing Express, and legacy systems until decommissioned. Role Summary & Responsibilities The responsibilities include:

• Incident and Problem Management: Oversee incident processes, coordinate troubleshooting, and maintain logs for root cause analysis.
• Change Management: Manage application updates, ensure proper controls, and validate changes.
• Vendor Management / TPRM: Support vendor interactions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, generate performance reports, and manage inventory.
• Capacity Management/Planning: Plan capacity, archiving, and data retention.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security, operational, and compliance risks.
• Security and Compliance / Scan / Patching: Ensure security standards, address vulnerabilities, and apply patches.
• IAM Controls / SailPoint / MFA setup: Manage identity and access controls per standards.
• Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity: Conduct annual DR tests and address failures.
• BAU Activities: Manage enhancements and support tickets.
• Team Engagement: Engage with support teams for production issues.
• Application Environment Management: Oversee environment performance and usage.
• Application Performance and Stability: Monitor lifecycle and communicate updates.
• Technical Skills: Problem-solving, security awareness, basic programming, quality improvement.
• Soft Skills: Communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical skills, driving change, application knowledge. Salary Range: $100,000 - $167,500 annually.
