Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic IT
initiatives for the US Commercial and Patient Services
organizations. This position is based in Boston, MA. Flexibility,

our mission.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic IT business partner to the Patient
Services Organization aligning technology roadmaps with business
priorities.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Patient Services and
cross-functional leadership to build detailed launch plans for new
product introductions.
- Contribute to the development of patient services engagement
plans and drive the execution strategy for new indications.
- Manage a portfolio of Patient Services IT projects in
ServiceNow and ensure their success as they are managed from a
demand to a project
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with both internal
and external collaborators, including patient advocacy
organizations and other allied groups.
- Showcase and deliver outstanding patient engagement tools and
applications, especially innovative ones such as Gen-AI across the
patient journey.
- Coordinate and implement business process design and technology
solutions with the IT Service Delivery Team, adhering to SDLC and
Agile principles with a focus to transform into a Product Oriented
organization.
- Develop roadmaps and ensure alignment with global commercial
and patient service objectives.
- Analyze and provide insights into project portfolios, ensuring
proper documentation and compliance, quality and regulatory
compliance.
- Manage project portfolios and work closely with senior
leadership to understand evolving needs.
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation of user stories,
creating work plans, and guiding teams to deliver successful
outcomes.Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex
cross-functional IT environments, preferably within the Biotech or
Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in business partnering, with experience in
Salesforce, especially Health Cloud and Healthcare & Life Science,
Service Cloud Voice or Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of SDLC guidelines, Agile methodologies,
and corporate compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing
skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined,
multi-functional matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with Patient Services Applications and analytical
tools.
- Extensive knowledge of patient engagement trends and
interactions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.Hybrid In-Office

world.Compensation and Other Factors:The annual base pay (or hourly
rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $125,365.60 -
$188,048.40. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be
paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay
offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive
bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based
long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a
retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment
eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified
retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid
leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug,
dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
