Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a
vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of fire alarm
systems for our customers. You will be responsible for installing,
maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, ensuring
compliance with safety regulations and standards. You will report
directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our
Syracuse, NY location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you
will impact the safety and security of our customers' facilities by
providing exceptional service and support for fire alarm systems,
ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm
systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections
and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety
standards. Provide technical support and training to customers on
fire alarm system operation and maintenance. Qualifications YOU
MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm systems
installation and maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of fire
alarm systems, including troubleshooting and repair. Proficiency in
using testing and diagnostic tools specific to fire alarm systems.
Experience with relevant codes and standards related to fire safety
and alarm systems. WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent;
technical certification in fire alarm systems is preferred. NICET I
or higher. Experience in a field service role, particularly in fire
alarm or related systems. Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
safety standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new

base salary range for this position is $47,400.00 - $59,300.00.
