Job Description Job Description Why this role is good for you You’ll be the leader trusted to deliver structural bridge projects safely and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience is valued, your crews respect you, and your work leaves a lasting mark on Massachusetts infrastructure. What you’ll be working on (and more) You’ll lead structural bridge and concrete projects within heavy civil construction. You’ll oversee schedules, productivity, and quality control. You’ll ensure safety compliance on-site while guiding multiple crews. What you’ll do day-to-day Direct field operations on bridge/structural projects. Supervise crews and subcontractors. Track progress, manage reports, and enforce safety. Coordinate with project managers and engineers. What you get Full medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) with company match.
